Delete your account in the app

1. Open the user icon in the top navigation.
2. Under Account, choose Delete account.
3. Review the information, then confirm both deletion prompts.

Apple-linked accounts may require you to confirm your Apple identity on iOS.

Request deletion through support

1. Use the button below from an email account you can access.
2. Enter the email associated with T2T4KatanaGo and whether you used Apple, Google, or email.
3. Send the request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

If the button does not open your email app, send the request directly to luiscardev1997@gmail.com with the subject “T2T4KatanaGo Account Deletion Request.”

What will be deleted

• your T2T4KatanaGo authentication account;
• account identifiers and profile information controlled by T2T4KatanaGo;
• the RevenueCat customer record associated with your app account; and
• other app data directly linked to your account that we are not legally required to retain.

In-app deletion clears account-specific local data on that device after deletion is confirmed, including guitar profiles and saved tone data. Exported files remain where you saved them. A support request does not remotely clear local data on your devices; remove those copies yourself or clear the app's data.

What may be retained

Apple, Google, and other providers may retain purchase, transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, or accounting records under their own policies. We may retain limited records when legally required or necessary to document completion of your request. Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer identify you may also remain.

Timing and confirmation

We will acknowledge your request and may verify your identity before taking action. Verified requests are completed as promptly as reasonably possible and within the period required by applicable law. We will confirm when the account has been deleted or explain any information we must retain and why.
