1. Agreement to these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using T2T4KatanaGo, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required by your app store and local law.
2. What the service does
T2T4KatanaGo converts natural-language tone ideas into suggested amp, effect, and signal-chain configurations and can export compatible liveset files. Generated settings are suggestions. Results can vary by instrument, firmware, hardware, monitoring system, and playing style.
Back up important device settings before importing or applying a generated liveset. You are responsible for reviewing settings and using appropriate volume levels before connecting headphones, speakers, amplifiers, or other equipment.
3. Accounts
The app requires authentication through a supported provider such as Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining access to that provider account and for activity performed through your T2T4KatanaGo account. Do not share access or attempt to use another person's subscription.
4. Subscriptions and free trials
Premium access is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The exact price, billing period, currency, and any available introductory trial are shown by your store before you confirm a purchase.
If you start an eligible free trial, the subscription automatically converts to the paid plan shown at confirmation unless you cancel before the trial ends. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account before the current billing period ends. Your store account is charged and the store controls billing, eligibility, renewal, cancellation, and refunds.
You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription at Apple Subscriptions or a Google Play subscription at Google Play Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your T2T4KatanaGo account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- violate law, another person's rights, or app-store rules;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or subscription controls;
- upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- resell, sublicense, or operate the service for others without written permission; or
- use generated files in a way that infringes intellectual-property or contractual rights.
6. Your prompts and generated files
You retain any rights you have in the prompts you submit. You give us a limited right to process those prompts solely to operate, secure, and provide the requested service. Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you may use the generated liveset files for personal or commercial musical work. Do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in prompts.
7. Intellectual property
The app, software, design, documentation, and service technology are owned by T2T4KatanaGo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.
BOSS, KATANA, and KATANA:GO are trademarks of Roland Corporation. T2T4KatanaGo is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roland Corporation or BOSS.
8. Availability and changes
The service depends on networks, app stores, authentication providers, artificial-intelligence services, and other third parties. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or maintain the service.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, T2T4KatanaGo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, equipment damage, or business interruption arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Ending use and account deletion
You may stop using the service at any time. You may request account deletion through our Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these terms, fraud, security risk, or legal requirement. Store subscription charges remain subject to the store's cancellation and refund rules.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, law, or store requirements. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Questions may be sent to luiscardev1997@gmail.com.
13. App-store terms
Your app store's terms and end-user license agreement also apply to your download, purchase, and use of the app. If these terms conflict with mandatory consumer protections or store terms that cannot be changed by agreement, those protections or store terms control to that extent.
